The evening meal was poor. The kitchen staff inefficient and I was suspicious that the wine had been decanted into my smaller bottle as it was not opened infront of us and there was some confusion about which one I'd ordered and some 'story' about a bottle having been dropped.Every day the breakfast was cold.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is really convenient for exploring the surrounding towns and it's easy to get to other areas around Lisbon. The staff were absolutely excellent and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were friendly, helpful, and really made me feel taken care of.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. The location is great and it's very accessible to the airport and the coast.

I must comment on its hillside location - it was stunning. The airport is 15 km away, easy to reach.
